1. Promoter
The promoter is Oracle Lending Solutions Pty Ltd, 35 Stirling Street, Thebarton SA 5031, Australia.
2. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Oracle Lending Solutions, their immediate families, and associated partners are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must hold a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use.
3. Entry Period
Entries open 23/10/25 and close 11:59 pm (ACDT) 31/10/25. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the entry period:
Follow @oraclelendingsolutions on Instagram or Facebook or LinkedIn.
Like the giveaway post.
Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag counts as a separate entry).
Optional: Share the post to their story for one bonus entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize
One (1) prize winner will receive a $250 Gift Card and a local business hamper featuring products from Thirty Five Stirling Café, Brightstar Brewing, Ambra Spirits, D’Angelo Coffee, ES Ceramics
The total prize value is approximately $70 AUD.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random and announced on the @oraclelendingsolutions Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Story and/or post on 1/11/25The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected at Oracle Lending Solutions’ discretion.
7. Publicity Consent
By entering, participants grant Oracle Lending Solutions permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and any associated content for announcing the winner and promoting future giveaways.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this competition and contacting the winner. Information will not be shared with third parties.
