Lending is always changing.
Angelo says the future is looking good, with a new generation of brokers coming into the sector and diversification into new areas of finance on his agenda. Every lending scenario is different. Yes, the cost of living is on the rise, but that’s no reason to assume you can’t ever get into the property market, according to Angelo. “Banks and non-bank lenders are always looking for ways to lend money to make it easier for people to get into the market,” says Angelo.
The trick is having someone like Angelo who knows who to ask, and what questions to ask them, and Jaidan, whose passion is unpacking finance-speak to equip clients with lifelong financial management understanding. “It is easy to be confused if you haven’t sought financial advice before, and the naysayers are always out there forecasting doom and gloom,” says Jaidan. “If I can successfully unpack the jargon and show a client understand how it all works, I know we are equipping that client beyond their current need or challenge. We are growing their own financial skills that will benefit them throughout their lives as their needs and goals change.”
